Bridgestone Turanza EL450 RFT
The Bridgestone Turanza EL450 RFT is an OEM run flat tire made for all-season driving and is considered and grand touring tire for its higher speed ratings, better looks, and comfortable ride. The RFT stands for run-flat technology and allows the tire to be driven up to 50 miles after a puncture has occurred. The Turanza EL450 RFT comes as original equipment on some high end coupes and luxury sedans.
